Accounts Cum Tele Caller

1. Job Summary

The Accounts Cum Tele Caller is responsible for handling basic accounting activities, maintaining financial records, contacting customers, following up on payments, and supporting daily branch operations.

2. Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or any relevant field.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel and Zoho Books is an advantage.

3. Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts and financial records.
- Record sales, receipts, payments, and expenses accurately.
- Prepare daily cash and transaction reports.
- Maintain bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with cash reconciliation and basic accounting activities.
- Coordinate with the Branch Head and Head Office regarding accounts-related matters.

Telecalling Responsibilities

- Make customer calls and provide product or service information.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and collections.
- Remind customers about payment due dates.




- Maintain customer call records and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team when required.

Reporting and Coordination

- Submit daily accounts and telecalling reports.
- Update customer and financial details accurately in the company software.
- Support the Branch Head in daily branch activities.
- Follow company policies, reporting procedures, and assigned targets.

4. Required Skills

- Positive communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic accounting and numerical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage accounts work and customer calls efficiently.
