Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day civil/material testing activities at sites and laboratories.
- Lead and guide civil engineers, technicians and testing teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and site engineers.
- Plan manpower, testing schedules, equipment and site requirements.
- Monitor concrete, cube, soil, aggregate, steel and NDT testing activities.
- Ensure testing is carried out according to relevant IS codes, project specifications and NABL procedures.
- Coordinate sample collection, transportation, testing and documentation.
- Review test results, calculations, test records and reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation/submission of testing reports.
- Monitor testing equipment,



calibration status and proper handling.
- Maintain daily/weekly field reports and testing records.
- Handle client queries and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Support NABL audits, quality documentation and corrective actions.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at testing sites.
- Monitor project progress and escalate delays or technical issues to management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
