Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in coordinating software development projects. The candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and software development tasks.
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and task progress.
- Conduct daily follow-ups, project status meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
- Assist in gathering project requirements and defining project scope.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
- Identify project delays, risks, and dependencies and follow up on resolutions.
- Support Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status trackers.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and support smooth project delivery.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in IT Project Coordination, or Software Project Management.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.




- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Zoho Projects, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of web and software development processes.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience coordinating web, mobile, SaaS, or software development projects.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or mobile applications.
- Understanding of software testing and deployment processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
