Position Overview

Shanti Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced qualified with strong expertise in Accounting, GST Compliance, and Company Banking Operations. The candidate must have sound knowledge of standard accounting practices and, separately, hands-on expertise in handling company banking activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & GST

· Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.  Manage GST returns, GST reconciliation, e-invoicing, e-way bills, and related statutory compliance.

· Manage accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.

· Assist in finalization of accounts, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors.

· Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting compliance.

2. Banking Operations & Expertise

· Independently manage all company banking activities and transactions.

· Handle NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque issuance, fund transfers, and payment processing.

· Have practical knowledge of bank facilities, cash credit (CC) limits, overdrafts (OD), loans, interest calculations, and related documentation.





· Coordinate directly with banks for account maintenance, limits, renewals, documentation, and other banking requirements.

· Monitor bank balances, fund availability, payment clearances, and banking transactions.

· Handle bank statements, transaction discrepancies, and banking-related reconciliations.

3. Candidate Requirements

· Age: Preferably 40 years and above.

· Experience: Significant hands-on experience in accounting and company banking operations.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations.  Banking expertise must be a distinct strength, with practical knowledge of company banking facilities, transactions, and bank coordination.

· Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

· High integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

4. Compensation ₹4–5 LPA, depending on experience, knowledge, and capabilities.

No bar for deserving candidates. Exceptional candidates with strong practical expertise may be considered for

higher compensation.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
