Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating with prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining sales records, and supporting the team in managing the sales pipeline efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the database of prospective clients and sales leads.

* Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

* Coordinate client meetings, consultations, and follow-up discussions.

* Maintain accurate records of lead status, client interactions, and sales pipeline updates.

* Coordinate with Financial Analysts, Relationship Managers, and the sales team to ensure smooth client handovers.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

* Track pending follow-ups and ensure all assigned activities are completed on time.

* Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring lead engagement and team performance.





* Maintain client confidentiality and follow company policies and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline; a finance background is preferred.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

* Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work collaboratively.

* Prior experience in sales coordination, inside sales, client relationship management, or financial services is preferred.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in sales coordination, inside sales, lead management, or financial services are preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Strong communication and client-handling abilities.

* Positive attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

* Comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups.

* Responsible, organised, and capable of coordinating with multiple teams.
