Job Title: Grade 2 Tutor (Special Educator Preferred)

We are looking for a patient, dedicated, and experienced tutor to provide personalised educational support to a Grade 2 student in Kalina, Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should be able to support the student's academic development, strengthen foundational skills, and create a positive and engaging learning environment. Candidates with experience in special education or supporting children with diverse learning needs will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised tutoring and academic support to a Grade 2 student.
- Help improve foundational skills in reading, writing, comprehension, and mathematics.
- Assist with schoolwork, homework, and revision.
- Adapt teaching methods according to the student's learning pace and needs.
- Encourage confidence,
participation, and independent learning.
- Track the student's progress and communicate feedback to parents.
Requirements
- Experience teaching primary school students, preferably Grade 2.
- Strong understanding of foundational academic concepts.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and child-friendly learning activities.
- A qualification or experience in Special Education will be an added advantage.
