- Machine Operation: Load raw materials or workpieces, start the cycle, and run production runs on vertical milling machines. [1]
- Setup & Tooling: Secure fixtures, clamp parts, position cutting tools, and set tool and work offsets. [1, 2]
- Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical engineering drawings, dimensions, and geometric tolerances (GD&T;). [1]
- Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring tools—like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges—to check first-piece and in-process parts. [1, 2]
- Basic Programming & Editing: Load CNC programs and make minor feed, speed, G-code, or M-code adjustments (Fanuc or Siemens controls). [1, 2, 3]
- Maintenance & Safety: Monitor tool wear, perform routine cleaning, follow 5S and PPE guidelines, and report mechanical issues to the supervisor. [1]
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
