- Stock accuracy: Keep records matching physical stock through regular counts and audits.
- Receiving and issuing goods: Check incoming items against orders and invoices, and issue materials only against proper authorization.
- Reordering on time: Monitor stock levels so the store never runs out of key items or overstocks.
- Loss prevention: Reduce theft, damage, wastage, and expired or dead stock.
- Documentation: Maintain GRNs, challans, bin cards, and daily or monthly stock reports.
- Team supervision: Assign work, train staff, and manage attendance.
- Vendor coordination: Follow up on deliveries and resolve short supply or damaged goods.
- Safety and organization: Keep the store clean, secure, well-labeled, and compliant with company rules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
