We are looking for a Strategic Growth Consultant across India to drive business development for our AI/ML, Computer Vision and Video Analytics solutions across domestic and international markets.
The role is ideal for an experienced sales, marketing or business development professional with a strong network and the ability to independently generate and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Leverage professional networks and industry connections to acquire clients.
- Connect with CXOs, business owners and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and position suitable AI solutions.
- Arrange client meetings, demonstrations and POCs.
- Manage follow-ups and support opportunities through to closure.
- Explore new industries, markets and strategic partnerships.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Consulting.
- Strong professional network and client acquisition capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Interest in AI, ML, Computer Vision and emerging technologies.
- Self-driven, commercially focused and comfortable working independently.
- Existing relationships with potential enterprise clients will be an advantage.
Commercial Terms
- Monthly Fixed Pay: INR 10,000 per month
- Demo / POC Payment: ₹2,500 per Demo/POC.
- Closing Incentive: 50% of the closed value with a minimum ticket value of INR. 40000.
- Engagement: Independent Consultant / Performance-Based.
