Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can align HR practices with business goals and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exits
Handle talent acquisition:
- manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance as per labor laws
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and appraisal cycles
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
- Maintain and update HRMS/employee records accurately
- Support leadership with HR data, reports, and workforce analytics
- Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager role
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, and MS Excel
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT / Corporate environment
- Exposure to performance management systems and employee engagement programs
