We are looking for a motivated and responsible Agriculture Officer with a good understanding of agriculture, farming practices, and crop management. The candidate will farmer coordination, monitoring agricultural activities, collecting field data, and maintaining proper records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with farmers and understand their agricultural practices.
- Monitor crop cultivation, soil management, and other farming activities.
- Provide basic agricultural guidance to farmers as per company requirements.
- Collect and maintain farmer information and field-level data.
- Conduct field surveys and prepare daily activity reports.
- Maintain records, photographs, and other required documentation.
- Use mobile applications and basic computer tools for data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of field activities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree Agriculture or a related agricultural discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with qualifications such as B.Sc. Agriculture or other relevant agriculture-related degrees awarded by recognized agricultural universities may apply.
