Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Billing & Tendering Engineer with strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out and wooden works. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, rate analysis, client billing, subcontractor billing and tendering, particularly for wooden and interior items.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, estimates and quantity take-offs for interior and wooden works.
- Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills and final bills.
- Handle billing for wooden works, furniture, joinery, wardrobes, cabinets, wall paneling, doors, partitions, veneer, plywood, MDF, laminates and other interior items.
- Conduct detailed rate analysis for interior and wooden items.
- Study drawings, specifications and scope of work and prepare accurate quantities.
- Prepare tenders, quotations, comparative statements and cost estimates.
- Check measurements at site and coordinate with site/project teams for billing.
- Identify and prepare extra items, variation claims and deviation statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants and clients regarding billing and measurements.




- Prepare material quantity calculations, reconciliation and wastage analysis.
- Maintain proper billing records, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
- Support the project team in cost control and estimation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Interior Billing / Estimation / Tendering.
- Strong hands-on experience in wooden works and interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of plywood, MDF, veneer, laminates, solid wood, modular furniture, joinery and carpentry works.
- Robust understanding of BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis and billing procedures.
- Experience in client billing and subcontractor/vendor billing.
- Ability to read interior drawings and specifications.
- Good command of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Candidates from interior contracting, furniture manufacturing, joinery, fit-out or architectural/interior execution companies are preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have worked on commercial offices, luxury residential projects, hotels, retail stores, villas or high-end interior fit-out projects will be preferred.

Important: Candidates with only civil construction billing experience and limited/no exposure to interior or wooden works will not be considered.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
