Part-Time Sales Caller – Anivia Health

Position: Part-Time Sales Executive / Telecaller

Candidate: Male / Female

Age: 20+

Education: 12th Pass or Above

Work Location : Office Based

Office Location: SCO-25, Zirakpur, Chandigarh–Ambala Highway, Near Ramada Plaza

Working Details

- Working Days: Monday–Saturday
- Working Hours: 5 hours/day
- Time: 12 PM – 5 PM
- Sunday: Off

Salary & Incentive

- Fixed Salary: ₹6,500–₹7,000/month
- Sales Incentive: ₹100 per additional successfully paid bottle after completing 25 bottles.
- Incentive starts from the 26th successfully paid bottle.

Responsibilities

- Call existing WhatsApp leads of Anivia.
- Understand customer requirements, concerns, and queries.
- Clearly explain Anivia Gut–Mind Balance.
- Explain the product and 90-day guidance approach.
- Handle customer doubts and objections.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Convert interested leads into successful orders.
- Maintain and share daily calling and sales reports.

Daily Target

40 calls/day + 2 successful sales/day

40 calls per day is a target, not a requirement to rush through calls at the expense of quality.





If a genuine customer is having a meaningful 10-minute conversation and there is a genuine opportunity to close the sale, the conversation should not be rushed just to complete the call target.

Main Goal = Sales + Quality Customer Handling

If 35 calls are enough to properly handle genuine leads and generate sales on a particular day, 35 calls will be acceptable.

If the number of calls is below 35, a valid reason should be mentioned in the daily report.

Sales Incentive

No sales incentive will be applicable on the first 25 successfully paid bottles.

From the 26th successfully paid bottle onwards, ₹100 incentive will be paid per bottle.

Examples:

- 25 bottles → ₹0 incentive
- 30 bottles → ₹500 incentive
- 50 bottles → ₹2,500 incentive
- 100 bottles → ₹7,500 incentive

Note: Incentive will be applicable only on successfully paid and confirmed orders. Cancelled, returned, refunded, or failed delivery orders will not be counted for incentive calculation.
