Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, medication administration, assisting doctors in clinical procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
- Assess patients' conditions and promptly report any changes to the treating doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste management.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure the protected handling of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards,



and patient safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, confidentiality, and professional ethics in patient care.

Qualification

- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Relevant hospital experience will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work in a team and handle emergency situations.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Employment Details

- Location: Prabhu Multi-Speciality Hospital, Pollachi
- Salary: Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
