Job Description

Thrive Skill Tech is hiring an experienced Telecaller for our EdTech business in Mumbai. You will call prospective students and working professionals and explain our courses in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Agentic AI, and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 80–150+ outbound calls daily to leads (students, graduates, job seekers, working professionals).
- Explain our courses clearly: Content Creation – video, Reels/Shorts, scripting, editing Digital Marketing – SEO, social media, ads, analytics Agentic AI – AI tools, automation, AI agents for business & content Understand each prospect’s goals and recommend the right course.
- Qualify leads (Hot/Warm/Cold) and schedule counseling/demo sessions. Handle objections on fees, timing, credibility, and competition using scripts. Maintain daily call logs and follow-ups in CRM.




- Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and admissions.
- Requirements 1–2 years of telecalling experience in EdTech, coaching, or online courses.
- Valuable communication in English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
- Comfortable with target-driven work and daily KPIs.
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
- Minimum HSC passed; graduation preferred.
- Preferred Sold courses in digital marketing, content creation, AI tools, or tech upskilling before.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or AI concepts.
