Role Overview

We are looking for a Multi-Stack Engineer with solid expertise in Python and MERN Stack to develop, maintain, and scale modern web applications and business solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and application architecture, with the ability to work across multiple technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using MERN Stack and Python
- Build scalable and high-performance frontend and backend solutions
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, etc.
- Develop backend services using Python frameworks
- Build responsive interfaces using React.js
- Manage application architecture, debugging, testing, and optimization
- Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper version-control practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Flutter, and other technology teams
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor applications in production environments




- Understand project requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- React.js
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5 & CSS3

Backend

- Node.js & Express.js
- Python
- Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI is an advantage

Database

- MongoDB
- PostgreSQL / MySQL

Other

- REST API & API integration
- Git & GitHub
- Authentication & authorization
- Cloud / deployment knowledge
- Debugging and performance optimization

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong understanding of both MERN and Python
- Ability to work across multiple technology stacks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
