Job Summary:

The VIP Host delivers a personalized, discreet, and exceptional experience to members and guests. The role focuses on building strong relationships, anticipating needs, handling requests end-to-end, and ensuring seamless service. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong, genuine relationships with members.
- Welcome and personally onboard current members.
- Be present across courts, wellness areas, lounges, dining spaces and social areas.
- Anticipate member needs before they have to ask.
- Take ownership of member requests until completion.
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues rather than passing members between departments.
- Resolve poor experiences calmly and personally.
- Stay informed about what is happening across the House and recommend relevant experiences.
- Make thoughtful introductions where appropriate.
- Know when a member wants engagement and when they prefer privacy.
- Ensure useful member information reaches the right people.
- Notice anything diminishing the member experience and take responsibility for addressing it.
