- Patient Care & Management:
- Manage outpatient department (OPD) consultations, emergency cases, and inpatient wards.
- Handle antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including high-risk pregnancies.
- Labor Room & Emergency Handling:
- Oversee active labor rooms, conduct deliveries (normal and assisted), and manage obstetric emergencies.
- Make immediate clinical decisions and coordinate with intensive care or neonatology units when required.
- Surgical & Procedural Duties:
- Perform or assist in major and minor gynecological surgeries, including cesarean sections, laparoscopies, and routine pelvic or diagnostic procedures.
- Documentation & Counselling:
- Maintain accurate medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Provide compassionate pre- and post-procedure counseling to patients and their families.
- Team Coordination:
- Supervise junior resident doctors, interns, and nursing staff.
- Liaise regularly with senior consultants and multidisciplinary team
