The candidate should possess strong academic credentials, proven leadership abilities, and extensive experience in academic administration, institutional development, and quality assurance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Ph.D. qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience is mandatory.
- Qualifications and academic experience as prescribed under the applicable UGC Regulations.
- Solid administrative, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of NAAC accreditation, IQAC activities, academic planning, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the academic and administrative activities of the college.
- Ensure compliance with UGC, university, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Promote teaching excellence, research, innovation, and student development.
- Coordinate IQAC, NAAC accreditation, and institutional quality enhancement initiatives.
- Support faculty development and maintain a positive academic environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
