Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and support sales of PCC, MCC, APFC and LT electrical panels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, emails and customer visits.
- Contact electrical contractors, EPC companies, industries and project consultants.
- Identify potential customers and upcoming projects.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams for quotations.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports and enquiry records.
- Develop customer relationships and support order conversion.
- Update daily call reports and sales trackers.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation or business development.
- Experience in electrical products, switchgear or panel manufacturing is an advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and customer follow-ups.




- Willingness to travel for customer meetings when required.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.

Salary: As per experience and company policy, with performance incentives if applicable.
