Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a creative Video Editor, Shoot Specialist & AI Video Creator to handle end-to-end video production—from on-site recording to editing and leveraging AI-powered video tools for modern digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Production: Plan and execute professional on-site video shoots (framing, lighting, and audio).
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage with smooth transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- AI Video Generation: Utilize AI video creation and text-to-video tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Pika, or HeyGen) to generate supplemental B-roll, visual assets, and synthetic video components.
- Platform Optimization: Format and optimize agile content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Creative Collaboration:



Work closely with the team to brainstorm concepts, execute scripts, and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Editor, and Digital Creator.
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Familiarity with modern AI video generation tools and workflows.
- Strong technical understanding of cameras, lighting, and sound gear.
- Excellent eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and current digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
