Position: Home Inspector
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Job Responsibilities
- Visit residential and commercial properties for inspection.
- Check whether the property construction is completed as per the required standards.
- Inspect the property for structural damages, cracks, leakage, dampness, and other defects.
- Identify construction-related issues and maintenance requirements.
- Check the overall condition of walls, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing-related visible issues.
- Prepare inspection reports with details of identified damages and issues.
- Take photographs/videos of defects when required.
- Coordinate with the concerned team and report any major issues found during inspection.
- Travel to different property locations as part of the job.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of building construction and civil works.
- Valuable observation and inspection skills.
- Ability to identify construction defects and property-related issues.
- Willingness to travel to different locations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
