About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive with 2+ years of experience in SEO, with strong hands-on expertise in link building, paid outreach, guest posting, and backlink acquisition.

The ideal candidate should understand SEO fundamentals and have practical experience in building quality backlinks for international websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
- Research and identify relevant websites, publishers, blogs, and platforms for backlink opportunities.
- Conduct paid outreach and guest posting campaigns.
- Evaluate websites based on DR, DA, organic traffic, relevance, spam score, backlink profile, and overall quality.
- Contact publishers and website owners and negotiate pricing and placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of publishers across different niches and geographies.
- Manage the complete process from prospecting and outreach to placement and link verification.
- Monitor live backlinks and follow up on delayed, missing, or removed links.
- Conduct competitor backlink research to identify new opportunities.
- Support on-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic technical SEO activities.
- Maintain accurate records of backlinks, publishers, costs, anchor texts, target URLs, and campaign status.
- Prepare regular reports on link-building activities, placements,



costs, and campaign performance.
- Meet monthly link acquisition and quality targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in SEO, Link Building, or Off-Page SEO.
- Solid hands-on experience in Link Building, Paid Outreach, Guest Posting, and Backlink Acquisition.
- Good understanding of DR, DA, organic traffic, spam score, relevance, anchor text, and backlink quality.
- Experience negotiating with publishers and website owners.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Similarweb, or similar SEO tools.
- Good understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Strong research, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience working with international websites is an advantage.

Preferred

- Experience in an SEO agency or digital marketing company.
- Existing publisher relationships or experience managing publisher databases.
- Experience with high-volume link-building campaigns.
- Experience working with international or B2B websites.
