Key Responsibilities:

- Assist surgeons and faculty during OT procedures and laparoscopic surgeries.
- Prepare and arrange OT instruments, equipment, and surgical consumables.
- Handle and maintain laparoscopic and general surgical instruments.
- Support OT setup, sterilization, and infection-control procedures.
- Assist during surgical training sessions and practical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with doctors, faculty, and trainees during OT activities.
- Maintain proper OT records, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OT-related training activities

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of basic laparoscopic OT procedures.
- Experience in General Surgery, Gynaecology, or Urology will be considered.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT protocols.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with surgeons, faculty, and trainees. Experience:
- Relevant OT experience preferred.

Qualification:

Diploma in OT Technician / OT Technology or GNM/BSC Nursing with Experience in OT
