Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to oversee the company's HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the NBFC or financial services sector and the ability to manage HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.
- Lead performance appraisal, employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination and HRMS operations..
- Plan manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads for recruitment.
- Maintain employee records,



HR documentation and management reports.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Support organizational development and employee training initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, preferably in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations and HRMS.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions and lead a team.
