Catalyst Education is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate HR Faculty member to train students in Human Resource Management and help them develop the practical skills required for a career in HR.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR concepts, a passion for teaching, and the ability to explain HR topics in a easy and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging classes on Human Resource Management and core HR concepts.
* Teach topics such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
* Explain practical HR activities, including Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, and HR Documentation.
* Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical activities.
* Guide students through assignments, presentations, and HR-related projects.
* Conduct assessments and monitor students’ learning progress.
* Help students develop the practical knowledge and professional skills required for HR careers.
Requirements
* MBA in Human Resource Management (MBA HR) is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
* Passion for teaching and student development.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to explain complex HR topics in a simple and understandable way.
* Practical HR experience or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
