Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with excellent communication and convincing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with US clients and be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients/customers.
- Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales/business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.




- Work independently and manage daily tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Support, or a related role.
- Prior experience working with US clients/customers is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while working from home.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/calling tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
