About the prospect

Vyn Tech Consulting is looking for a capable Software & App Developer who can turn business requirements into well-designed, reliable applications.

We’re seeking someone who combines strong development skills with product thinking—someone who understands how an application should work, how users will experience it, and what it takes to deliver a finished product.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute to technical decisions, and build software and applications for U.S. business needs.

This is a full-time, office-based position aligned with U.S. Eastern working hours. Please apply only if you are comfortable working this schedule consistently from our Surat office.

What you’ll do

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software, web applications, and mobile applications according to project requirements.
- Translate business needs into practical features, clear user journeys, and maintainable code.
- Build responsive interfaces and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Manage development work from initial planning through deployment and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with designers, team members, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Document key technical decisions and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly.

What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated experience building and launching working software or applications.
- Strong proficiency in a relevant development stack, with the ability to explain your technical choices.

- Experience with APIs, databases, version control, testing, and deployment.
- An understanding of user experience, responsive design, and application security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Clear English communication for collaboration with U.S. stakeholders.
- A portfolio, live application, GitHub profile, or project demonstration that shows your contribution.
- Availability for full-time work from our Adajan, Surat office during U.S. Eastern working hours.

Experience developing software or applications for U.S. clients or users is preferred. Please highlight these projects in your application and explain your role in delivering them.

Compensation and growth

The starting salary is ₹35,000 per month. Compensation is flexible based on your skills, portfolio, experience, and ability to take ownership of development.

There is no fixed salary ceiling for the right candidate. We welcome applicants whose experience and demonstrated capabilities justify a higher package.

You’ll have the chance to contribute to product decisions, take responsibility for complete projects, and grow with the business.

How to apply

Please submit:

- Your updated résumé.
- Links to your portfolio, live applications, GitHub, or relevant project demonstrations.
- A brief description of one or two projects you built, including the technologies used and your specific contribution.
- Details of any software or applications developed for U.S. clients or users.
- Your current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
