Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive to manage basic HR activities for our chain of restaurants. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, managing attendance, and supporting day-to-day HR operations across multiple outlets.

Required Skills

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

● Positive communication and coordination skills.

● Basic understanding of HR activities and employee documentation.

● Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

● Ability to coordinate with multiple restaurant outlets.

● Willingness to learn and manage day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility

● Graduate in any stream; HR or management qualification preferred.

● Freshers are welcome to apply.

● Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or hospitality will be an advantage.

● Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with restaurant employees and outlet managers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
