Job Summary

Lumea Aesthetics is looking for a skilled and patient-focused Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of aesthetic skin treatments, clinical hygiene, and patient care, with the ability to assist doctors during advanced aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform skin treatments such as HydraFacial, chemical peels, laser hair reduction, and other aesthetic procedures within the scope of training and authorization.
- Assist doctors during PRP, GFC, MNRF, Botox, dermal fillers, and other clinical procedures as required.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and consumables before each procedure.
- Follow strict infection control, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Explain pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, treatment details, and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor patients during treatments and promptly report adverse reactions or complications to the doctor.
- Operate and maintain aesthetic equipment according to established protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked.




- Provide professional patient care and support a comfortable treatment experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in Skin Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience in a dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic, or skin care centre is preferred.
- Knowledge of skin types, common skin concerns, aesthetic treatments, and hygiene protocols.
- Hands-on experience with HydraFacial and laser hair reduction is an advantage.
