Jaro Education is hiring confident, sales-driven professionals for its Career Development team. You will guide working professionals and students to the right executive education and online degree programs, and help them enrol. Many positions are open for immediate joining as the company expands.

What you will do

- Counsel students and working professionals over phone and video calls.
- Understand each learner's career goals and recommend the right program.
- Explain programs, fees, eligibility and career outcomes clearly.
- Work on the leads provided to you, and make outbound calls when needed.
- Follow up and convert leads into admissions.
- Meet daily and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Keep the CRM updated after every interaction.
- Work with internal teams, and always counsel honestly and ethically.

Who we are looking for

- Excellent spoken English: clear, fluent and confident.
- At least 6 months of direct sales experience, from any industry (real estate, pharma, insurance, retail and others).



BPO / call-centre experience is not considered.
- Currently working in a sales role.
- For the Premium vertical: currently working in EdTech sales.
- Willing to work from the office six days a week.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.

- Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.
- A secure work history.
- Professional, presentable and energetic, with strong sales aptitude.
- Graduate or postgraduate preferred (HSC / Class 12 also accepted).

- Prior EdTech sales experience.
- Outbound calling experience.
- Experience using a CRM.

Days and hours : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly off Rotational (any one day of the week)

Competitive salary plus incentives, based on your experience and last drawn salary. Details are discussed in the final interview round.

1. Screening call with our recruitment team.
2. Telephonic round with Jaro Education HR.
3. Face-to-face interview rounds at the Jaro office (virtual rounds can be arranged for candidates relocating from another city).
4. Offer and salary discussion in the final round. Selected candidates can usually join within 2 to 3 days.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
