Business Development Associate (BDA)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and telecalling skills, a customer-focused approach, and previous experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, leads, and other channels.
- Make regular outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or telecalling is preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telecalling and convincing/persuasion skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
