We are hiring for HR Executive

Qualification: BMS, MBA/PGDM in HR or any graduate having previous HR relevant experience.
Experience: 1-3 years preferred
Salary: 18k to 30k

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Support recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Coordinate employee training and development programs and maintain training records.
Assist in payroll processing with basic knowledge of CTC, gross/net salary, deductions, overtime, and incentives.
Maintain basic knowledge of HR and labour compliance, including PF,



ESIC, Professional Tax, minimum wages, leave, and working hours.
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
Prepare basic HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, training, and employee data.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to coordinate training and employee activities.
