Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a robust background in real estate sales, customer relationship management, and team handling. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have the ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate leads through channel partners, references, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




- Ensure timely follow-ups, booking closures, and coordination with CRM and other internal teams.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate market will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
