Objective:
Lead the local sticker-pasting team and ensure daily targets, quality, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and manage the sticker-pasting team.
- Ensure daily/monthly pasting targets are achieved.
- Monitor quality and resolve field-level issues.
- Manage local sticker inventory and minimize wastage.
- Track daily performance and report progress.
Performance Metrics:
- Stickers pasted vs. target
- Pasting quality %
Incentive:
- 90–100% Target: ₹6,000
- 100%+ Target: ₹8,000
- Quality multiplier: 1X / 1.5X based on quality
Travel Allowance: ₹200 per actual field day.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Branding or Marketing : 1 year (Preferred)
