1. Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officers (CSO) to join our Micro Banking team. The role involves field-level customer interaction, group formation, loan repayment collection, customer relationship management, documentation, and regular field follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and enroll eligible customers into Joint Liability Groups (JLGs)/Sangams.
- Coordinate with Unit Managers for Sangam formation and strengthening.
- Identify and add eligible new members to existing Sangams.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect loan installments as per the scheduled repayment cycle.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending installments and repayments.




- Complete required documentation and submit reports within the prescribed timelines.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support.
- Achieve assigned collection and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirement: Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence
