Admin Executive is a full time ,on-site role based on Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the end to end member experience,from initial inquiry and onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention.Daily tasks include managing member communications, addressing feedback and concerns, monitoring satisfaction levels, and coordinating with coaches and staff ti ensure a seamless experience.Admin Executive will also implement improvements in service processes,and support community-building activitiesThis role works closely with leadership to maintain a welcoming workplace and uphold High 5 Performance's standards of service.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
