About the Role

Rakhecha & Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to assess internal controls, review financial records, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of auditing procedures, accounting principles, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational processes.

Review financial statements, accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

Evaluate internal controls and identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.

Verify compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Perform vouching, verification, and reconciliation of financial transactions.

Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential instances of fraud.

Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, observations, and recommendations.

Follow up with concerned departments to ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.





Assist in risk assessment and process improvement initiatives.

Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.

Coordinate with clients, management, and finance teams to obtain necessary information and resolve audit queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Semi Qualified candidates

CA Inter, CMA Inter, or relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

2-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, accounting, or financial auditing.

Good knowledge of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and internal control systems.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to prepare clear audit reports and manage multiple assignments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in a CA firm or an audit and consulting environment will be preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Willingness to travel for client audits, if required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
