VN Softverg Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and motivated IT Sales Freshers who are interested in building their career in IT Sales and Business Development.

The selected candidate will work with our team to identify potential clients, generate business opportunities, communicate with prospects, and support the complete sales process for our IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for IT services and solutions.
- Communicate with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Introduce and explain company services professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical/business team.
- Maintain lead and client information in CRM/Excel.
- Support proposal preparation and sales follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Fresh graduates interested in IT Sales / Business Development can apply.
- Women candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT/software services is an advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Hyderabad office.
