Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Call Center Manager to lead our calling team, manage daily operations, improve team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily call center operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers and team leaders.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and call quality.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze KPIs.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Improve calling processes and overall team efficiency.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 4+ years of experience in call center operations, including team management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of call center KPIs, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve business targets.
- Good team-building, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
