Our reputation is built on long-standing relationships, and we are looking for a driven Sales Executive.

Role Overview

As Sales Executive, you will be the face of V Chains for our trade customers. You will handle walk-in and existing clients, develop new business, present our collections, close orders and maintain strong relationships with jewellers and retailers. This role suits someone who understands the wholesale jewellery trade, enjoys dealing with people and wants to grow with an established company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Sell our range of chains, kadas, bracelets and sets to jewellers, retailers and wholesale buyers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify and approach new customers in Mumbai and other markets to expand our client base
- Win back inactive or lapsed customers through follow-ups and recent-design presentations

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing wholesale customers
- Welcome walk-in clients and present collections professionally
- Understand each client’s buying pattern, preferred designs,



weights and budgets, and recommend suitable products
- Handle queries, feedback and complaints promptly and courteously

Product & Market Knowledge

- Develop thorough knowledge of our product range: designs, weights, finishes, purity, making styles and pricing structure
- Keep up with market trends, in-demand designs and competitor offerings, and share insights with management
- Stay informed about daily gold rates and their effect on pricing and customer buying behaviour

Order & Operations Coordination

- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the production, stock and dispatch teams
- Follow up on order status, delivery timelines and customer confirmations

Payments & Reporting

- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure collections are timely
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, orders and follow-ups
- Prepare regular sales reports for management

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience in jewellery wholesale (gold chains, kadas, bracelets or sets preferred)
- Robust knowledge of jewellery products, gold weights, purity, wastage and making charges
- Good understanding of how the Zaveri Bazaar trade works




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English; Gujarati and Marathi are a plus
- Confident, honest and professional with high-value inventory and cash transactions
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and basic
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
- Telemarketing

- Working hours: [11 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday]
