Job Description – Marketing Executive

Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 + applicable travel allowance and performance incentives

Job Objective

To increase sales and generate new patient enquiries for Kaigo Home Health Care in and around Kazhakottam by promoting home nursing, diagnostic sample collection, doctor home visits, and other home healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

- Generate daily patient enquiries and convert them into paying customers.
- Promote Kaigo's home healthcare services to families, senior citizens, and patients requiring home-based medical care.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacies, diagnostic laboratories, apartment associations, and residential communities.
- Conduct ground-level marketing and distribute brochures in targeted residential areas.
- Build referral networks and follow up on all leads to increase monthly revenue.

2. Home Healthcare Service Promotion

- Home blood sample collection and diagnostic services.
- Home nursing and patient care services.
- Doctor consultation and medical evaluation at home.
- Urinary catheter insertion and catheter care.
- Ryle's tube (Ryles tube/NG tube) insertion and care.
- Colostomy care and management.
- Wound dressing and post-operative care.




- Injection administration and other prescribed nursing procedures.
- Long-term nursing care and elderly patient support.

3. Daily Sales and Reporting

- Generate and follow up on a minimum of 10–15 qualified enquiries per day, subject to local demand.
- Maintain a daily lead register with patient requirements, contact details, follow-up status, and conversion details.
- Submit daily marketing and sales reports to the management team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain professional relationships with patients and their families.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: degree; sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostic services, or home healthcare will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to conduct field visits throughout Kazhakottam and nearby areas.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹12,000.
- Travel allowance as per company policy.
- Additional performance incentives based on sales conversions and revenue generation, subject to company policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
