- Operate and monitor extruder machinery during production
- Maintain required process parameters and production flow
- Monitor product shape, size, texture and overall quality
- Ensure proper feeding of raw material and smooth machine operation
- Follow production plans, SOPs and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and GMP/GHP standards
- Identify and report machine issues, process deviations or quality problems
- Maintain required production and process records
