Job Title- HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Responsible for handling overall HR department under upper management supervision.
- Creating an environment of open communication.
- Hiring and Retaining talent for organization at right cost following all the norms and regulations of the company.
- Scheduling trainings & grooming sessions for field staff on regular basis for their better skill enhancement.
- Looking after different HR Policies and working upon them.
- Oversee daily operations of HR department- KRA’s & Reporting software.
- Handling Departments portals by regularly updating and feeding data over them.
- Maintaining data regarding salaries, following with salary slips and other data which need to be circulated with the field team.
- Regular check up on all regulatory requirements related to labor departments on regular basis.
