we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead the school's academic and administrative functions. The Principal will provide strong leadership, maintain high academic standards, and build a disciplined, student-friendly and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall academic and administrative management of the school
- Implement the curriculum and ensure quality teaching and learning outcomes
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate teachers and non-teaching staff
- Plan the academic calendar, timetables, examinations and co-curricular activities
- Maintain discipline, safety and a positive school culture
- Communicate regularly with parents, and handle their concerns and feedback
- Ensure compliance with board norms, government regulations and school policies
- Organise teacher training, workshops and career development programmes
- Oversee admissions, records, school reports and results
- Coordinate with the management on planning, budgeting and school development




- Promote the school's reputation in the community

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.
- Minimum 7 years of teaching or school administration experience, including some in a leadership role (Vice Principal, Coordinator, Headmaster/Headmistress)
- Strong knowledge of school administration and curriculum planning
- Excellent English communication skills, along with good command of Marathi/Hindi
- Solid leadership, decision-making and people-management skills
- Ability to handle parents, staff and students professionally
- Working knowledge of MS Office and school management software
- Experience with English medium schools preferred
