Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Immigration Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration or overseas education consulting, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to convert potential leads into clients.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective clients, understanding their immigration goals, explaining suitable visa and immigration options, following up with leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries related to immigration and overseas education services.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ profiles, career goals, and immigration requirements.
- Explain relevant immigration and visa options clearly and professionally.
- Convert prospective leads into paying clients through effective counselling and sales techniques.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain robust client relationships.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and client information in CRM software.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa requirements, and relevant country-specific procedures.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide professional customer service and maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales process.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education consulting, or a related sales role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
- Experience in lead generation, lead follow-ups, objection handling, and sales conversion.
- Basic understanding of visa procedures and immigration processes.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services without making misleading promises.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and other basic office tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in immigration or overseas education sales.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Robust convincing skills and a professional approach to client counselling.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing immigration regulations.
