Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to handle client acquisition, lead generation, business development, relationship management, and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, networking, references, and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements and present company services.
- Conduct client meetings and build strong customer relationships.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and handle negotiations.
- Convert prospects into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Identify current business opportunities and monitor market trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling, convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of advertising, branding, digital marketing, or creative services is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and with internal teams.
