Job Title: US Accountants Payable

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and within deadlines
- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
- Manage vendor master data and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs (ACH, Wire, Checks)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
- Handle employee expense reports and reimbursements




- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting
- Communicate with US vendors and internal stakeholders for query resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications and Skills:

- M.Com / MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter or relevant degree
- Experience working in US accounting or outsourcing firms
- Knowledge of US GAAP is an added advantage
- Knowledge of invoice processing and vendor reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP,
- or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
