Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead and manage construction projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.




- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and MIS reports.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Manage material procurement and resource allocation efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing civil construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and team management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality control, and site execution.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
