Quality & Compliance Lead

Wondersoft, a Chennai-based retail technology company, is hiring a Quality & Compliance Lead to own its quality management system and internal audit programme, and to keep compliance controls embedded across delivery and support.

What you’ll do

- Maintain and improve the ISO-aligned quality management system: policies, procedures, document control, records and management review
- Plan and run the annual internal audit programme across delivery, support, infrastructure and development, tracking findings to closure
- Report audit findings independently to the CEO every quarter
- Manage the certification body relationship, including surveillance and recertification audits
- Respond to client audits and compliance questionnaires
- Work with the PMO to build compliance evidence into project templates, stage gates and ticketing workflows




- Coach compliance owners in each function and manage the Information Security Officer

What we’re looking for

- 8-12 years in quality and compliance at a software company, including ownership of an ISO 9001 system through a full certification cycle
- Qualified internal or lead auditor (ISO 9001; ISO 27001 preferred)
- Experience setting up or restructuring an internal audit programme
- Solid documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to challenge senior stakeholders while keeping audit independence
- Software product company experience preferred over IT services
- Plus: retail software background, ISO 27001 lead auditor/implementer, client audits (PCI or data protection), Redmine/Jira/ServiceNow workflows, CMMI/ITIL/Six Sigma

Candidates based in Chennai only.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
